HK Dragons are pleased to announce a partnership with RTS Training. With the demands of the modern game, The RTS training system running alongside our current curriculum will help us develop and create the stars of tomorrow.
RTS Training BIO
Repetitive Technical Soccer Training is an elite level, private training program geared towards accelerating technical, tactical, and mental development.
RTS works on a very simple formula; IDENTIFY, CORRECT, REPEAT (ICR). Repetition is the greatest way to master a discipline. Technique, coordination, speed, leadership etc can all be taught and retaught under RTS’ ICR formula. Using video analysis and the trained eye of our professional Head Coach we can break down your technique, simplify your learning objectives, and reinforce good habits within 5 minutes.
RTS has worked with professional EPL clubs Chelsea FC, West Bromwich Albion FC, and Portsmouth FC. After retiring from playing in 2009, Voyce moved to the USA in 2010 as Director of Player Development for Global Premier Soccer. During his time in Orlando, FL he personally oversaw the boys program which developed a host of USNT players at U15, U16, and U17. Tommy Redding, Obuchi Obinwa and Kai Korenuik went on to earn professional contracts in the MLS, and Eredivisie respectively.
After two years in Orlando, Voyce moved to Fort Myers to be the General Manager of Global Premier Soccer franchise, GPS Florida West. With the help of former Wales international footballer John Robinson, GPS Florida West quickly became one of the best academies in Florida providing professional opportunities for players at Chicago Fire Juniors, Houston Dynamo FC, and Orlando City FC. During his time in SWFL Voyce also worked with a number of collegiate athletes helping them to earn scholarships to prestigious D1 institutions such as; Auburn, University of South Florida, Stetson, High Point, FIT, FAU, FGCU and Villanova.
After the US, Voyce was presented a unique opportunity to work in Asia with professional Indian Super League (ISL) side Delhi Dynamos. As Director of Football, he was tasked with first team scouting duties and worked alongside World Cup and Champions league winner Gianluca Zambrotta. Voyce was also Head Coach of the U23, U18, and U16 I-League teams, helping to develop the clubs future professional stars.
Now in Hong Kong, Voyce hopes to continue his football coaching while working fulltime for a boutique financial advisory firm in Central.
