Little Dragons
Little Dragons has been designed for the natural physical progression of children aged 2.5 to 4 years old & is an exceptional way for parents to be involved in their child’s development, in a safe & fun environment.
Our classes are created to embrace the needs of our students & to appeal to their energetic side through running, jumping, kicking, throwing, catching, hoping & special exercises to enhance balance, freedom of movement & body awareness. Infants will learn to participate in a group & respond to directions while developing confidence & self-esteem.
The aim of our program is for students to develop positive attitudes towards physical activity & sports while enjoying the pure pleasure of movement.
**A parent or guardian is expected to participate & to give individual attention to their own child, which will allow for that quality one on one time that we all crave.
Junior Dragons Program
This is for children aged U5 to U8. The sessions are 60 minutes in duration for all players both once & twice a week.
The classes focus on technical skill & game awareness up to 6 v 6.
For U6 to U8’s who are attending twice week programs, Saturday matches are free at Discovery College from 4:00-5:00pm.
Senior Dragons Program
These classes are for children aged U9 + & are 90 / 75 minutes per class.
The senior program focuses on all aspects of the game. Technical, tactical, physical & mental skills are taught. Functional play to work on specific areas & putting players into game situations that encourage good decision making with & without the ball.
For U9 & U10 who are attending twice week programs. Saturday matches are free at DBIS from 3:00-4:00pm.
For U11+ who are attending twice week programs. Saturday matches are free at DBIS from 4:00-5:00pm.
HK Dragons Schedule 2018-2019
Term 1: Classes for Term 1 will start on Monday 20th August 2018 – Friday 12th October 2018.
Note: No Football classes on Tuesday 25th September, Monday 1st October & between Monday 15th October 2018 – Friday 19th October 2018 due to Half Term Break & Public Holiday.
Term 2: Classes for Term 2 will start on Monday 22nd October 2018 – Friday 12th December 2018.
