CAMP DETAILS

HK Dragons Camps are a fantastic and fun way to improve your skills during the holiday break. Our camps are open to all players aged U4(2017) to U14(2007). Sessions are a  duration of 60 mins per day for U4-U6 and 90 minutes per day for U7 and above. Our program consists of themed daily sessions that will consist of small group training focusing on players individual technical ability, physical conditioning and tactical understanding. Each day players will focus on a specific topic. Our experienced coaching staff design fun training sessions and more. We will be running our camps in Discovery Bay North Plaza Pitch (CCP), Pui O Football Pitch & Stanley Promenade Pitch. For more information and enquiries please email [email protected]

Brief example of our CAMP PROGRAM: 

•  MON: 1 v 1 Individual skill moves – Ball Mastery.                                                                                                                                                                                                                           TUES: Passing and receiving – Individual technique and team technical play.
   WEDS: Defending play / Defending technique.
   THURS: Attacking play / Creativity – Goals, Goals, Goals.                                                                                                                                                                                                               FRI: All around play – Technical and tactical understanding – Small sided tournament.
