Welcome to Treece Fitness

I am an Internationally Certified Trainer with a background in athletics and coaching, and I am dedicated to the health and fitness for each trainee and myself.

Diet and fitness is imperative for a healthy body and mind and I have made it a part of my life since I joined my first gym at the age of 12. 

I believe the body is capable of extraordinary things, if trained properly, and with the right knowledge and direction we can all gain lean muscle mass and proportion the body to reach our objectives. 

I have a degree in Psychology from the University of Washington, USA, and I believe my degree has given me insight into what motivates discipline, desire and dedication. 

I want to pass on these life skills so you can develop a fit, healthy and confident you and enjoy life to the fullest.
